The objective is to train officials with fundamentals to work effectively at their current level and prepare for advancement to future levels.

Becoming a “professional referee” means an official must have complete awareness. Awareness includes not some, but ALL aspect of the game:

  • Refereeing with purpose

  • Positioning

  • Calling plays with accuracy and certainty
